Allow me to introduce you to the new flawless movement that is the House Gospel Choir!

Founded by the unstoppable creative producer & vocalist Natalie Maddix, I have been enticed by a fusion of two things that fill my heart with joy… House music and Gospel spreading nothing but happiness to anyone who’s path it crosses.

Over the weekend I had the pleasure of attending the House Gospel Choir’s first live performance and they set their perfectly selected initiate Ace Hotel performance space on fire with chart topping house hits re fixed with a harmonious spin. Lead by the power house vocalist Shezar, with perfect mixes from Kiss Fresh DJ Funk Butcher and music composition from Stevie Mac.

I was absolutely blown away and found myself singing a long to songs I had never heard before, as the rhythms and tunes were so infectious!

The HGC are definitely destined for greatness! We have to congratulate them immensely as they have already secured their second performance at none other than this year’s Glastonbury Festival!

The House Gospel choirs are in for a tremendous year ahead and hopefully I can keep you updated!
