“Love From Ugo” is a Gratitude diary designed and self-published by TV and Radio Presenter Remel London.

The 200-page diary is filled with 12 beautiful and empowering illustrations of Black women, as well as 12 encouraging affirmations chosen to inspire individuals who wish to focus their attention on the positive things in their lives.

Remel London created and launched “Love from Ugo” shortly after the Black Lives Matter protests, during the Covid -19 lockdown, to uplift herself. She also wanted to encourage others during this difficult and isolating time to be thankful for even the small things in life and experience a new sense of self-love through journaling.
