Thandie and Co are back to help kick start your career in the creative industries with another event hosted at Shoreditch-based creative agency, Mother London! This time they’ve also teamed up with Queen Mary, University of London, to bring you an evening aimed at exploring the challenges and opportunities facing the Broadcast Industry.
As broadcasting changes with the advent of social media and new delivery models, a panel of industry experts will discuss the future of Broadcasting and the impact that advancements in technology and social media have had on traditional Broadcasting. They will also try to determine whether it will ever be possible to regulate online platforms in the same way that traditional TV and radio are regulated, and consider the new career paths that have been created as a result of these changes.
The guest speakers will be joined by Singer/ Songwriter ‘Rozie Gyems’ who will be performing some exclusive tracks from her new EP,”Tinylilseed.”
