Y.O.L.O Therapy is a new breed of the British short Film that deals with the effects and consequences of the epidemic acronym Y.O.L.O (You Only Live Once) within young adults ranging from 16-28 years of age.

The film aims to educate and inform people that the acronym ‘Y.O.L.O’ does not have to be used as an excuse for negative behaviour but can also be used in a positive light to inspire change.
